Jackson County Voters vote today to extend drug task force sales tax
Today is the COMBAT Sales Tax Renewal vote for many Kansas City Area residents.
The politicians and police departments have come out in force to support this tax renewal, along with the organizations that receive funding from COMBAT.
Just a few reminders concerning reasons to mark “NO” on this vote:
The results of County Executive Sanders’ audit has not yet arrived at the “recommendations” phase. (They are asking tax payers to approve sales taxes to fund an organization still recovering from corruption, with no proposals on what changes are being considered)

Opening argument: challenge
1.) The war on drugs is illegal; there is no prohibition to the constitution that would forbid the use of “illegal drugs.” This is evident by AMENDMENT XVIII and then the repeal by AMENDMENT XXI of the prohibition of intoxicating liquors.
2.) I have the right to grow whatever plant or produce any amount of intoxicating substance to be for sale under the commerce clause without the interference of federal “Laws,” “Codes,” or “Rulings.”
3.) My product is not subject to taxation if sold out side of THE STATE OFCALIFORNIA® Constitution Article 1 Section 8 To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
4.) Article 1 Section. 10. No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it’s inspection Laws:
5.) No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
We have been invaded by HORDES of illegal government servants that do NOT represent the will of the people, up hold the law as it is written and who have committed WAR against us in the name of CODES which are enumerations to our rights!
We can no longer allow this war on us to go on, to many families, to many honest people to many people suffering medically have been affected by this ILLEGAL WAR on “drugs” under the pretense that there is a LAW!
There is NO Law, just illegal codes TITLE 28 > PART IV> CHAPTER 85 > § 1343. (2) To recover damages from any person who fails to prevent or to aid in preventing any wrongs mentioned in section 1985 of Title 42 which he had knowledge were about to occur and power to prevent;
Our public servants have been informed and had ample time to stop this, and instead you have aided in these wrongs.
Ignorance of the LAW is no excuse for violating it! Especially those who have sworn an oath to up hold it in order to collect TAX money from the public for doing their “JOBS”.
