Your help needed! (we found a house!)

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009

The Liberty Restoration Project is submitting a bid on a house TODAY!  Please stay tuned for photos and video from the location… While I work on getting all of that together for you, I am in need of some help!  We have received a donation of a fridge, stove and deep freeze for the LRP house, but have no where to store them or anyway to haul them at this time.  We have to pick them up in the next 48 hours as they are in a house being foreclosed upon.  Can you help?  We’ll need storage until we close on the house (1 week – 3 weeks IF they accept our bid) and we’ll need help moving them!

If you can help, please email info@libertyrestorationproject.org and let us know!

peace!

Catherine

Congressman Blunt joins Ron Paul in an effort to Audit the Fed

Congressman Blunt joins Ron Paul in an effort to Audit the Fed

Congressman Roy Blunt of Missouri’s 7th congressional district signed on recently as one of the 55 cosponsors of HR 1207, The Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009, introduced by Dr. Paul.  Rep. Blunt joins Todd Akin, of Missouri’s 2nd Congressional district, as the second Missouri congressman to cosponsor this bill.

HR 1207 needs 218 votes for passage (50% of 435 +1) in the House, so every new co-sponsor that signs on brings it closer and closer.

Because of Congressman Blunt’s support of HR 1207 The Liberty Restoration Project has invited him to speak at the Monopoly March on April 25th.  We would love to hear from him about his support for auditing the Federal Reserve.

We have not yet heard from him to confirm his appearance at the event.  Please call his office in Springfield at (417) 889-1800 to thank him for his support of HR 1207 and request that he speak at the Monopoly March on April 25th.

MIAC director reassigned over report: Officials attempt to begin wider investigation.

Wednesday, April 8th, 2009

Jefferson City — The director of a state agency that authored a controversial, now retracted report profiling the political beliefs of militia members has apparently fallen victim to the firestorm.

Missouri Highway Patrol Superintendent Col. James Keathley announced on Monday the appointment of Lt. David A. Hall as new director of the Missouri Information Analysis Center, replacing Van Godsey.

Keathley has said Godsey signed off on the Feb. 20 report, which was intended for law enforcement but got leaked to the media and bloggers.
